ILDA FIDA
Chair of the Board

Tenacity, commitment and passion for the community have been a driving force behind Ilda’s career and community giving. She has been an active volunteer from the age of 14 where she held more than 20 volunteer positions. Most recently prior to joining the ACE board, Ilda set on the GenNext Cabinet at United Way Toronto leading the Brand Ambassador team for three years. She is currently a voting member for United Way Toronto. Ilda studied International Relations at Assumption College and later continued her studies in Economics at York University. Ilda currently works in Client Relations @ Fuse Marketing Group Inc. Before transitioning to her current role, Ilda worked as a Senior Financial Analyst where she led strategic planning and system-wide initiatives. She played a strategic role in providing support to redefine how Finance supported the business in achieving near-term and long-term objectives. She worked side-by-side Senior leadership in designing, testing and implementing critical pieces for a system wide transformation that directly impacted company’s overall operations. Ilda has been an ACE member since 2015 (the year ACE was founded). Before joining the ACE board in 2018, she was an active volunteer and led the Mentorship Program.

LOREN RITA
Vice Chair

Loren is an innovative leader with over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, in roles spanning Wealth Management Operations, Capital Markets Operations, as well as Innovation & Technology. Loren graduated with an Honours B.A. in Financial and Business Economics from York University. After graduating, he took on his first leadership role in Wealth Management Operations at RBC. While there, he led a strategic and cultural shift within Trade Support Operations, transforming the department from manual trade execution to automated trading, shifting into a fully digital environment. After a quick stop in Technology & Operations at RBC, where he led the Strategic Initiatives team in horizontal integration across Innovation & Technology, Loren took on his current role as Director, Margin Credit & Collateral Management. With a client first focus, and a continuous improvement mindset, Loren has found his greatest success in hiring and developing top talent. At RBC, this approach culminated in the implementation of an operations-wide Employee Development Program. In addition, Loren is also a strong supporter and has taken leadership roles in multiple charitable causes, including RBC Run for Kids, United Way, Women United, JDRF, Rexall OneWalk, as well as CIBC Run for the Cure.

NOADA LUGA
Board Member

Noada is a leader in strategical DevOps transformation of organizations encompassing Technology & Operations in Fintech by bringing in the expertise fostered in prestigious software shops at IBM. She is currently leading RBC Financial Crime organization into a DevOps transformation journey to improve software delivery performance and develop teams around delivery. Before taking on the leadership role, she worked as DevOps consultant to help teams in RBC improve software delivery through practices and standards defined and delivered through code. Noada launched her career at IBM where she grew professionally from a Software Developer Role into a Release Engineer and then Product Manager. Noada started her studies of Computer Science and Economics at University of Tirana and later earned her Honours B.A. in Computer Science at York University summa cum laude. Her keen interest in problem solving got her involved in various Hackathons. Since the early days at IBM, Noada picked up a great interest in encouraging young girls in pursuing STEM fields. She then went on to Chair IBM EXITE CANADA Camp, an initiative to encourage girls in Years 8-10 to study and pursue careers in STEM subjects. Noada has been a part of ACE family since its inception in May 2015 and has served in a variety of roles.

GREJDI META
Board Member

Grejdi is currently pursuing his Economics and Management Science degree with a minor in Finance at Ryerson University. Throughout his university career, he has volunteered for eight different student organizations - helping and supporting more than 500 students breakthrough into a new stage of their life. Grejdi’s involvement spreads amongst different areas: from leading the Economics Course Union, to volunteering for the Economic and the Empire Club of Canada, to working in Residence and welcoming newcoming students. He is currently completing a 12-month Co-op term at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan as a Treasury Analyst. During his time at Teachers’, Grejdi supports the Investments team by performing daily reconciliations and constantly tries to improve processes by working on projects presented to senior management, while also leading the Interns committee and volunteering for United Way. Despite being very active at work, Grejdi maintains strong ties to campus by mentoring third year Co-op students and incoming first-year student leaders. He is also part of the Top 200 Program - an experiential learning program for motivated emerging leaders aimed at professional and personal development. Grejdi is excited to join ACE and dedicated to helping fellow students succeed.

QAZIM KALLUSHI
Board Member

Qazim's career started in 1992 as a member of the Albanian National TV Symphony Orchestra and later on as the orchestra's manager. For 15 years he has toured and organized events in many European music centers like Italy, Austria, Greece, Germany, UK, Switzerland, etc. His career continued when he moved to Canada 13 years ago. Qazim has held various senior management positions within the orchestral community across Ontario. He was the General Manager of Masterworks of Oakville, Chorus & Orchestra in 2010-2011. Since 2011 he is the Executive Director of the Greater Toronto Philharmonic Orchestra www.gtpo.ca and also the General Manager of the Richmond Hill Philharmonic Orchestra since 2017 www.rhpo.ca .

Alda works in Legal Tech Sales and also has a mindfulness business dedicated to helping everyone feel their best, so they can achieve personal clarity and live the life they desire. She's been leading events and practicing Trame therapy, coaching, guided meditations, and hypnosis to help her clients discover their own individual means of expression, and build the confidence needed to bring their unique gifts to the world.
