Mentorship 2018

Program Overview

ACE Mentorship program is designed to provide young adults, new graduates and new comers in the community of Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with access to networking and mentoring opportunities, which in turn will help them make the strategic connections that will lead to attaining meaningful career opportunities. Mentoring is a structured, long term or short-term (group mentoring) relationship available to participants who apply. Mentees invest their time working towards their professional goals while being supported by a mentor who is experienced the mentees’ field of interest. Mentors will help mentees to create a clear view of the available paths that will lead them to their career goals. They will provide advice, guidance and support based on their own real-world experiences. Both mentor and mentee will be provided with a questionnaire guide that will help them better understand how to effectively use their time together while working towards the mentee’s career goals.
